Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 Spread the spread on the cooled baguette slices.apple (ca. 100 g)
- 2 Dates (approx. 6 g each)
- 150 ml water
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 50 g couscous
Preparation
1.
Wash the apple and chop into small pieces with the dates.
Then bring to the boil in a pan with water and cinnamon

As soon as the apple pieces are soft, remove the pan from the heat, add the couscous and leave to swell.
Stir and serve.
