Ingredients
- 4 plums (Zwetschken)
- 4 fresh figs
- 400 ml low-fat buttermilk (1 %)
- 1 tbsp skimmed curd cheese
- 100 g wholegrain cereal flakes
- 10 g chopped walnuts
Preparation

Wash and pit the plums, wash and peel the figs and chop both into large pieces. cut into cubes.

Mix the buttermilk with the skimmed curd cheese, mix with the cereal flakes and leave to soak briefly. Add the fruit and walnuts and serve immediately.
Tip:
The cereal flakes can be varied with any type of fruit. It is best to choose fresh and seasonal fruit.
