  • 200 Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 100 g universal wheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 300 Courgette
  • 100 Hazelnuts (roasted & ground)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • some butter and flour for greasing the baking tin
