Breakfast and snacks
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g fine maize semolina (polenta)
- some cinnamon
- ½ tsp honey
Preparation
1.
Heat the milk, stirring constantly, and pour in the semolina. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes Continue to stir over a medium heat.
2.
Stir in the cinnamon and honey as required. If the porridge is too thick, warm milk can be added.
