Ingredients for 2 servings of soup
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 200 g minced meat
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Cumin / oregano / cariander to taste

- 1/4 Cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 30 ml water
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
IngredientsFor 4 portions of tomato sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- a little cornflour to thicken
- 1 bay leaf
Preparation
1.
For the Meatballs the Finely chop the onion and fry in oil roast. In a bowl Combine the roastedoswith the other ingredients for the robber dumplings. Mix well and shape the mixture into small balls.
Pour a little oil into a pan and dthe Dumplings from all sides well through fry.

For the Cauliflowerrice, chop the cauliflower finely. Chop the onion finely and saute in rapeseedoil. Add the cauliflower . Fry for approx. 5 minutes, add water and stir-fry the meat. KaStew until soft. Then mix with some some nutmegfor flavour.

For the tomato sauce chop the garlicand shortly fry it in oil. Crushed Tomatoes and add the bay leaf und 15 minutes. Let the sauce boil down (If needed, add corn flourto some cold water andadd to the sauce g.
