Ingredients for 4 servings
Oven roasted vegetables
- 1 kg vegetables (e. g. carrots, potatoes, brokkoli, red cabbage, onions)
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- 1 to 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Herb dip
- 100 g sour cream
- 250 g yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Herbs (e. g. parsley, dill, cress)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.

Peel the vegetables and cut them into roughly equal-sized pieces.
3.
Add thyme and rosemary, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.
4.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
5.
For the herb dip: mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper and mustard.
