Ingredients for 2 servings
- 120g tagliatelle
- 1 spring onion
- 300 g carrots
- 100 g mushrooms
- 300 g Brokkoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml vegetable soup
- 250 g salmon fillet
- Lemon juice and herbs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and strain.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the carrots into thin strips and the mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the broccoli into small florets.

Fry the onions and carrots in a non-stick pan in 1 tsp Sauté in oil, deglaze with vegetable soup and leave to stew. Add the remaining vegetables approx. Add for 3-4 minutes, allow to cook and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the salmon fillet into two pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and cut into 1 tsp Fry in oil on both sides, then add a little water and fry until browned. approx. steam for ten minutes.
5.
Mix the pasta into the vegetables, serve with the salmon and garnish with fresh herbs.
