Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 egg
- 50 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1/8 litre milk
- 250 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- esome icing sugar
Preparation
1.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg yolks until frothy (hand mixer or whisk), then Mix in the flour mixed with baking powder and the milk to make a thick batter.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter..
3.
Chop some of the blueberries and add to the batter..
4.
Now pour the "patties" in batches into a hot, oiled pan and turn after a few minutes.
Add a little sugar before serving and serve with the remaining blueberries.
