Breakfast and snacks
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 3 radishes
- 2 tbsp spring onion
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp curd cheese
- 3 slices of wholemeal toast
Preparation

Wash the radishes, grate them or cut them into small cubes. Wash the spring onions and parsley thoroughly and chop them finely.
2.
Stir the curd cheese, mix in the radishes, spring onions and parsley. Season to taste with lemon juice and spread on the bread.
Tip:
This homemade spread also tastes great with freshly baked bread roll. (siehe Rezept „Grüne Drachensuppe mit Feuerbrot“).
