Breakfast and snacks Ingredients for 2-3 sandwiches 1 small carrot ½ small apple a little lemon juice 1 tbsp curd cheese 1 tbsp yoghurt 1 tsp finely grated nuts 1 slice of wholemeal bread Preparation Wash, peel and finely grate the carrot and apple. Sprinkle the apple with a little lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown. Mix the curd cheese with the yoghurt until smooth, then add the apple, carrot and nuts (finely grated) and stir to form a spreadable mixture. Breakfast and snacks Ingredients for 2 portions 200 g yoghurt 30 g rolled oats 2 teaspoons finely grated nuts 1 pear a little cinnamon Preparation Place the yoghurt, cereal flakes and finely grated nuts in a bowl, mix and leave to stand until the oats have softened. Sweet polenta for cheerful kittens
Breakfast and snacks Ingredients for 2 people 250 ml milk 50 g fine maize semolina (polenta) a little cinnamon ½ teaspoon honey Preparation Heat the milk, stirring constantly, and allow the semolina to trickle in.
