Some foods and drinks should be avoided. There are foods that are not suitable for babies:

  • Salt, sugar, honey, sweeteners (especially for drinks), no hot spices

    raw meat (e.g. beef tartare).

  • Offal, especially liver

  • Raw milk, cow's milk not as drinking milk

  • Curd cheese, pudding, cheese

  • Sausage and sausage products (e.g. ham, sausages, bacon)

  • savoury biscuits, snacks

  • Chocolate, sweets, biscuits

  • Lemonades are drinks like:

    Cola

    Icetea

    Similar drinks

  • Coffee, tea (green/black tea)

  • Do not use alcohol, even for cooking

  • Whole nuts, seeds (only finely ground in porridge)

  • Some predatory fish contain a lot of fat and can contain heavy metals. These include

    Tuna fish

    Swordfish

    Heil-Butt

    Pike

    It is better to eat the following types of fish:

    Char - a type of fish

    Salmon

    Trout

    However, you should be careful not to swallow any bones.
