There are certain foods and drinks that children should not have. You should not give the following foods and drinks to your child:

  • Food with raw eggs, raw fish, or raw meat.

  • Food that contains a lot of salt, like crisps.

  • Drinks with caffeine. For example: coffee, black and green tea, cola drinks or energy drinks.

  • Alcohol

  • Fish with bones.

  • Food with this label: "May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children."
