Ingredients for 2Breads
- 1 small carrot
- ½ small apple
- a little lemon juice
- 1 tbsp curd cheese
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp finely grated nuts
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
Preparation

Wash, peel and finely grate the carrot and apple. Sprinkle the apple with a little lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown.

Mix the curd cheese with the yoghurt until smooth, then add the apple, carrot and nuts (finely grated) and stir into a spreadable mixture.
3.
Spread the spread on a wholemeal bread and cut out with a cookie cutter or cut to size as desired.
Tip:
The bread can easily be topped with vegetable toppings (pieces of carrot and apple, etc.) to make a funny face..
