Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 ml water
- 100 g pasta (e.g. small penne)
- 1 small carrot (approx. 50 g)
- 50 g celeriac
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/2 yellow pepper (approx. 50 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g minced beef
- 1/2 tbsp tomato puree
- 200 g tomato pulp
- some water
- 2 tbsp grated Gouda cheese
- 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation

Bring the water to the boil in a pan and Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions.

Wash and peel the carrot and celery and chop together with the onion and garlic. Also wash the pepper, remove the seeds and chop into small pieces.

Pour the olive oil into a pan and lightly fry the onion.
Add the mince and fry well for approx. 5 minutes. Then add the finely chopped vegetables and fry for approx. 5 minutes over a medium heat.

Add the tomato purée and tomato pulp and simmer over a medium heat for 15 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
Then place in a casserole dish, cover with Sprinkle with Gouda and parsley and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
