Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g millet
- Sultanas as required
- 1–2 peach(es)
- some grated almonds
Preparation

Bring the milk, millet and sultanas to the boil and simmer gently over a low heat for approx. 20 minutes. köcheln lassen.
Stir from time to time. Peel the peach(es) if necessary and cut into small pieces. cut the peaches and cook some of the peach pieces for a few minutes.

Pour the porridge into a bowl, top with the remaining peach pieces and sprinkle with the grated almonds.
Tip:
Spread the spread on the cooled baguette slices.instead of peaches, apricots or various berries can also be used.
